The Role:
As the Site Supervisor at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee the onsite renovation work. You will focus on taking care of the project’s timeline. Your work will directly impact the quality of the completed units.

What You’ll Do:
1. Coordinate work activities with other team members to ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget
2. Provide oversight and training to crew members on safety precautions, company policies, and job skills
3. Schedule staff arrangements efficiently to ensure that all project goals are met within specified time frames
4. Schedule supplier deliveries to site to ensure goods are delivered on a timely basis for project completion
5. Monitor the progress of projects to ensure that contractors are meeting deadlines and adhering to specifications
6. Estimate costs for labor and materials needed for projects
7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed on time
8. Monitor the progress of projects and provide frequent updates
9. Manage safety procedures on construction sites to ensure worker safety
10. Provide minor touch up on completed projects if required 

1. Preferred candidate with a background/interest in site management or construction/renovation work
2. Ability to juggle multiple task
3. Strong project management skills
4. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
