The Role:
As the Tenancy Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will be servicing both the homeowners, agents, and the tenants. You will be working on the top 1% handpicked homes in Malaysia. Your work will directly impact our business operations and customer experience. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do:
1. Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with our stakeholders (eg. homeowners, tenants, agents, and building management)
2. Oversee the full cycle rental of our designer units
3. Conduct property rental market research
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales care and engage with potential clients
5. Understand clients' needs and expectations to provide recommendations and solutions based on our services (pre-rental/post-rental)
6. Liaise with internal and external team to schedule and coordinate refurbishment and maintenance services
7. Oversee and monitor the project flow to ensure the smooth operation of projects
8. Additional ad-hoc tasks

1. Experience in property management, customer service, operations, or hospitality is a plus!
2. Passion in people servicing
3. Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills
4. Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus!
5. Great project management and problem-solving skills

Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Business Development Manager and Maintenance Executives.
