The Role:
As the Interior Designer at Groundwork Interior Design (part of The Makeover Guys Group), you will design and manage all activities at the project site. You will serve as the Designer and Project Manager for our projects. Your work will directly impact the experience for people working, living, or using the space.

What You’ll Do:
1. Create relevant, functional and aesthetic furnishing and interior design solutions to our portfolio of clients
2. Manage and oversee all activities at the project site
3. Source and select furniture, materials, finishing and decorations (Source suppliers and materials)
4. Collaborate and work closely with internal team as well as contractors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects (scheduling suppliers’ work and deliverables)
5. Supervise suppliers’ work to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance to project requirements and design plans
6. Monitor the project timeline, budget and to provide weekly project status updates to clients
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, styles and interior design solutions

1. Possess a diploma/degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
2. Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in interior design
3. Dedicated, committed and have great passion for interior design
4. Great attitude, a team player who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision
5. Great project management and problem-solving skills, and able to multitask
6. Possess creative flair and visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics
7. Proficient in design, with in-depth knowledge in space planning
8. Proficient in basic operating software (Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
9. Proficient in one of the major CAD softwares
10. Experience in site management will be an added advantage!
