The Role:
As the Accounts Assistant at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. What You’ll Do:
1. Assist with general accounting transactions and bookkeeping
2. Assist with weekly payments and electronic payments when required
3. Assist to process employee claims
4. Assist with the preparation for external audit
5. Perform data entry tasks
6. Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives

1. Interest or background in data entry/accounting/finance
2. Attention to detail
3. Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus!
4. Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness
5. Team player with ability to support other team-mates as and when required

Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with internal stakeholders.
