The Role:
As the Retail Showroom Associate at The Makeover Guys, you will focus on customer servicing. Our mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. Training will be provided! We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do:
1. Handle enquiries about our company, services, and products
2. Assess the suitability of the customer for our interior products and services
3. Create a delightful customer experience in our experience center (retail unit)
4. Maintain the upkeep of the experience center (retail unit) and office space
5. Oversee office management including budget and expenses, policies and procedures, supplies and inventories, and maintenance
6. Support engagement initiatives and events

Who You Are: 
1. Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin and Malay is a plus! 
2. Interested to kickstart a career in interior design, consultation, or home living
3. Brownie points if you have showroom, customer, or retail experience 

Working Arrangement: 
In-person at Emhub, Kota Damansara.
