The Role:
As the Digital Product Manager at The Makeover Guys, you will play a key role in building the automation between our digital products. You will be involved in planning, integrating, and enhancing our business processes through innovative digital solutions. Your work will directly impact the user experience and business efficiency. What You’ll Do:
1. Design and implement solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency using existing and new digital products
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements
3. Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunities
4. Manage data and information flow by updating company databases efficiently
5. Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
6. Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting database issues

1. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, product integration experience is a plus!
2. Strong understanding of digital product development, SaaS solutions, and automation
3. Strong proficiency in Node.js and relevant frameworks
4. Basic knowledge of database management and SQL
5. Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
6. Experience in working with REST API and low code platforms (eg. Pipedream, Make, Zapier, etc.)

Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Technology Architect, Senior Full Stack Developer, Systems Integration Engineer, Senior UI/UX Designer.
