As the People & Culture Specialist at The Makeover Guys, you will focus on the people-related affair(s). Our mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You will be focusing on recruitment, learning & development, and employee engagement. You are key in building and nurturing a community of happy MOGsters.
What You’ll Do:
1. Managing the full cycle of recruitment (advertisement, review applications, interview, offer, and close)
2. Building a relationship with job posting websites
3. Sourcing and maintain a network of potential candidates and institutions
4. Organizing employee engagement and learning & development (L&D) events
5. Handling the operational tasks in the People & Culture department
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Fluency in English is a must, Malay and Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of studies
