Operations Manager

The Role:
As the Operations Manager at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee all operational matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the growth of the company.

What You’ll Do:
1. Create long-term initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
2. Provide visible leadership on all operational matters including finance, procurement, HR, sales, marketing, design, execution and customer service
3. Work with the management to devise annual plan to meet business goals
4. Develop KPIs to monitor and track key aspects of the business
5. Conduct continuous business improvement (procurement, cost improvement, customer service, quality, etc) and devise action plans to manage, track and report outcome of the business improvement plan
6. Recruit, manage and rationalise the workforce that is in line with the business needs
7. Develop a positive work culture to nurture every team members throughout the organisation to bring the best out of each individual
8. Develop leadership across the different levels of the organisation
9. Identifying potential problems and points of friction and devise solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
10. Identifying opportunities to expand in order to take advantage of changes in the market
11. Oversee and coordinate day to day activities to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant or managerial experience
2. Fluency in English is a must, able to speak in Mandarin is a plus
3. Strong planning, execution and coordination skills
4. Background or interest in the property or interior industry
5. Proven experience in developing strategies, and translating the strategies into tangible outcomes
