The Role:
As the Marketing Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will be creating and executing all marketing campaigns. You are a critical part in marketing activity operations. Your work will directly impact the lead-to-sales conversion.

What You’ll Do:
1. Execute marketing activities to achieve set targets and business objectives 
2. Explore and provide the teams with inputs on the latest trends or updates in the area of content creation 
3. Maintain, monitor, and analyze campaign performance and flag needs for intervention
4. Monitor budgets and update stakeholders on campaign progress
5. Work closely and cross-functionally with all stakeholders, creative agencies, technology vendors, freelancers, and other service providers 
6. Additional ad-hoc tasks

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fields 
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in conventional and online marketing 
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity 
- Having property knowledge is an added advantage 
- Willing to travel outstation when required 
- Based in Kuching
