The Role:
Warehouse Admin is responsible to assist Warehouse Executive to execute the task for the maintenance of a department’s/organization’s storeroom/warehouse, performing activities such as stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records and related duties as required.

What You'll Do:
1. Responsible for overall Warehouse administrative functions.
2. Inbound & Outbound: Incoming and outgoing system data entry for Warehouse to perform receiving and picking & responsible for system charge out.
3. Responsible for arranging neat and clean locations and premises to receive goods in a convenient, fast, and time-saving way when there is information on goods receipt.
4. Assist for packing – First In, First Out (FIFO), labeling, and returning supplies.
5. Manage escalation triggered by customer and follow up/resolve with Warehouse Team.
6. Maintaining operation & inventory reports from time to time.
7. Generate inventory comparisons between stock quantity in the Inventory system & actual stock count.
8. Managing Warehouse consumable materials from time to time & on time replenishment with purchasing accordingly.
9. Any others task assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements

- SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse Admin Management, inventory control or logistic operations will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
