The Role.
As the Warehouse Admin at The Makeover Guys (Sarawak), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. This is a hands-on, coordination-driven role focused on stock movement, delivery tracking, and ensuring timely project support. What You’ll Do.
1. Perform stock data entry, inventory management, and ensure accuracy.
2. Support warehouse operations, including packing, labelling, and consumables replenishment.
3. Maintain purchasing records, liaise with suppliers, and monitor inventory levels.
4. Generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and ensure policy compliance.
5. Coordinating and managing supply chain operations, including inventory tracking, shipment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
6. Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Who You Are.
1. At least an SPM/Diploma in relevant fields (Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent).
2. 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or purchasing preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory systems.
4. Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
5. Responsible, dependable and honest.

Working Arrangement.
On-site. Work closely with our Designers, Procurement, and Warehouse Department.
