The Role:
As the Marketing Manager at The Makeover Guys, you will develop, implement, and manage marketing activities that promote our company, products, and services. Your work will directly impact our branding and lead’s quality.

What You Will Do:
1. Oversee all marketing functions: Marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, branding initiatives, art and creative direction, content creation, and customer experience
2. Lead, guide, and foster a healthy working culture within the marketing team
3. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, identify opportunities, and increase quality lead generation
4. Cultivate and manage brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach
5. Lead content creation efforts across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives
6. Manage brand assets, including websites and social media accounts, to ensure consistency and effectiveness
7. Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and event management
8. Manage social media presence and engagement, including content creation, posting schedules, and advertising campaigns
9. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
2. Passion for interior design, architecture, or home living
3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and draw actionable insights
