The Role:
As the Digital Product Manager at The Makeover Guys, you will play a key role in developing and integrating our internal and external digital products. You will be involved in planning, integrating, and enhancing our business processes through innovative digital solutions. Your work will directly impact the user experience and business efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements.
2. Design and implement seamless integrations with existing and new digital products (eg. ClickUp, Respond.io, etc.).
3. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement using a data-driven approach.
4. Research and stay informed about competitor trends, industry regulations, and operational constraints.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving application issues to improve workflow efficiency.

1. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, product integration experience is a plus!
2. Strong understanding of digital product development, SaaS solutions, and automation
3. Strong proficiency in Node.js and relevant frameworks
4. Basic knowledge of database management and SQL
5. Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
6. Experience in working with REST API and low code platforms (eg. Pipedream, Make, Zapier, etc.)
