The Role:
As the Operations Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will be servicing both the homeowners and the tenants. You will be working on the top 1% handpicked homes in Malaysia. Your work will directly impact our business operations and customer experience. 

What You’ll Do:
1. Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with our stakeholders (eg. tenants, homeowners, building management, and agents)
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales care and engage with potential clients
3. Understand clients' needs and expectations to provide recommendations and solutions based on our services (pre-rental/post-rental)
4. Liaise with internal and external team to schedule and coordinate refurbishment and maintenance services
5. Oversee and monitor the project flow to ensure the project is completed on time

Who You Are: 
1. Experience in property management, operations, events management, or hospitality is a plus!
2. Passion in people servicing
3. Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus!
4. Great project management and problem-solving skills

Working Arrangement: 
On-site. Work closely with our Tenancy Executives and Maintenance Executives.
