The Role:
As the Client Servicing Executive at The Makeover Guys, your mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You will establish and cultivate relationships with homeowners, developers, or tenants to provide strategic solutions for their properties. What You’ll Do:
1. Build a healthy relationship with our clients and recommend our products or services to enhance their overall renovation or property management experience
2. Prepare quotation and invoices for services based on client’s requirements
3. Handle client enquiries and manage our client’s expectations
4. Overlook renovation or maintenance progress and ensure all details are informed to the stakeholders
5. Additional ad-hoc tasks

1. Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a plus!
2. 1-3 years of experience in the client servicing, sales, or the relevant field
3. Interest/background in property, interior & real estate

Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Consultants, Designers and Project Managers.
