The Role:

As the Head of Strategy Consulting at The Makeover Guys, you will be spearheading the B2C sales (a.k.a. Strategy Consulting) team. You have the experience to analyze, strategize, and execute sales strategy. Your work will enable more people to enjoy better homes.  


What You’ll Do:
1. Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales target
2. Analyze trends and results 
3. Predict trend based on market forces and develop sales strategies accordingly 
4. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends 
5. Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objective 
6. Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling price 
7. Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products 
8. Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand
9. Develop an offline sales funnel
10. Work closely with the marketing department
11. Hiring team members for the Strategy Consulting team
12. Establish a training program to train new team members 
13. Improve the NPS

Job Requirements

    - Minimum 6 - 10 years of working experience 
    - Interest and experience in the property industry
    - A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    - Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin and Malay will be a plus!
    - Driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative 
    - Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
    - Excited to work with a group of diverse people
