The Role: As the Home Inspector at The Makeover Guys, you will be handling new unit inspection, move out inspection, and defect inspection. Your work will enable people to enjoy better homes!

What You’ll Do:
1. Inspect and generate report for new unit, restaged units, and post-tenant move out unit
2. Troubleshoot the defects in the unit
3. Liaise with the defect team or 3rd party contractor

1. Experience in renovation or home defect rectification is a must!

2. Responsible and dependable

3. Punctual (always on time!)

4. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn 5. Have your on transportation
