Prosper At Home Campaign Mechanics

1. This Campaign will run from 12th February 2021 to 26th February 2021.

2. Throughout this Campaign period, a total of 15 daily engagement posts will be posted on The Makeover Guys’ (TMOG) Facebook Page, posing a daily challenge requiring participants to answer or interact correctly and comment with a creative caption stating why they deserve a makeover.

Criteria for a ‘creative caption’

• Mentions how a makeover can benefit you or the person who receives it
• Mentions The Makeover Guys brand
  
• May include an interesting personal story

3. A winner will be selected daily by our team replying to the winner’s comment.

• The winner will receive a Makeover Voucher worth RM1,800.
• Each winner will be announced one day after the respective daily engagement post. 
• Cut-off time to answer each engagement post will be at 11:59pm daily.

4. The Winners of the 15 daily engagement posts will automatically be in the running to win the Grand Prize, which is a Makeover Voucher worth RM8,888. The Grand Prize goes to the most creative entry amongst the chosen 15 daily winners.

5. If the selected Grand Prize winner of RM8,888 chooses to use their Grand Prize, their daily makeover voucher of RM1,800 will automatically be void.

• The Grand Prize winner will be announced within 30 days from 26th February 2021.

Makeover Voucher T&Cs

1. All Makeover Vouchers can be used for TMOG makeover services between 1st March 2021 to 1st March 2022 only.

• Each Makeover Voucher is applicable to makeover services of RM30,000 and above only (Inclusive of the value of the Makeover Voucher).
• TMOG services include makeovers offered by The Makeover Guys and EasyHome. The makeovers exclude wet works, extensions, repair works and refurbishments.
• The Makeover Vouchers can be used for makeovers in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Kuching, and Kota Kinabalu. However, EasyHome makeovers are only available in Klang Valley.

2. The Makeover Vouchers can only be redeemed by new sign-ups for makeovers within the period of 1st March 2021 to 1st March 2022.

3. The Makeover Vouchers are transferable, and are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

• If the winner chooses not to transfer/use their Makeover Voucher, the Makeover Voucher in question is considered void and the winner will receive a hamper (worth approximately RM300) instead regardless of the makeover voucher value.

4. For clients with units that have yet to be in vacant possession (VP), they can pay a non-refundable booking fee of RM 5,000 within the period of 1st March 2021 to 1st March 2022 to be eligible for use of their Makeover Voucher.

• The VP period has to be within now and 30th June 2022. If the unit’s VP falls past 30th June 2022, a cheque refund of RM5,000 will be issued to the owner.
• The refund will take up to 14 working days to process.

5. The Makeover Guys reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the usage of the Makeover Voucher at their discretion without prior notice.
