Before / AfterHow do you get tenants lining up to rent your unit?

Pavilion Hilltop, Mont Kiara

Jeff (not real name) owns an apartment in Pavilion Hilltop that was rented out at RM 4K per month, partially-furnished. Even though this seemed like a good rate, Mont Kiara is a residential area populated by expats who can afford higher rentals - the going market rate was actually RM 4500! What's more, Jeff's tenants did not extend their tenure after the 1-year tenancy period ended.

STRATEGY

Unable to get any more viewings or rental interest for his unit, Jeff sought our help to get him back in the game. I met with him and got all the necessary information to formulate a strategy. We proposed that a fully-furnished makeover would be the best option for his unit to stay competitive, and after considering our consultation and analysis, Jeff decided to engage us and off to work we went.

MAKEOVER (Yes). RENT (?)

The team brought our A-game and worked tirelessly to deliver an outcome that would exceed Jeff's expectations. And our hard work paid off! Even before completing our work, Jeff received inquiries and much interest just based off the progress photos shared.

COUNTING ONE TO TEN-ANT

Jeff's unit is now going for a rate of RM 5000 - 5500 which is way above the market rate, and he is currently busy deciding who will be the lucky tenant to occupy his place (many many offers!). All the best to the tenants. To Jeff, on behalf of the team I'd like to say a BIG THANK YOU for the opportunity and we hope to work together again!
