This question puts the F in our FAQ, so here's an overall view of our services. We understand that it can be confusing because at a glance on FB or Instagram, we may look like an interior design firm or specialised contractors who do renovations, something like that.
Not a problem, allow us to give you a clearer picture.
We start by strategically planning a makeover based on market research and tenant profiling. Our team works with you to understand your aims as a property investor, and we pinpoint ways to help you achieve your goal. For instance, if you have a condo unit and are looking to rent it out to University students, we would research appropriate rental rates and help you find tenants that fit your profile. We then show you our templated makeovers for student properties, and you as the owner will select from a set of designs.
After the makeover is completed (within 30 working days), we assign a few handpicked area-specialist agents to assist in finding you a suitable tenant. Generally, for investment properties we try to work with the existing layout of your place without any major renovation to keep costs low. However, if renovation would sensibly increase your Return on Investment, we would advise you to go for it (not by us ok, outsourced ). Even if your property is old and dated, we’ll refurbish it and get it back in shape.
